Providing youth with the joy of reading.

Nana’s Books Foundation was officially founded in 2020 as Nancy Dulniak was suffering in her final stages of Alzheimer’s. The idea was brought upon her love of books as well as her professional career as a librarian. In 2018, books were donated to several classrooms of underprivileged youth in Nancy’s name as Christmas gifts. Each year since, children were provided Christmas gifts of books in honor of Nancy.

Our vision is to continue to provide children with books, which will also include books about Alzheimer’s and dementia. We wish to continue to spread the love of reading to our youth, but also introduce them to a disease that will likely have some effect on them, whether it be a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or friend.
